Mothers today are keenly insistent on all things natural and free of artificial elements for their babies. It was with this aspect in mind, that our research was launched into manufacturing toys from Natural Rubber latex devoid of harmful chemical mixtures. Rubber is one of Sri Lanka’s primary productions and is therefore found in abundance locally. There is also extensive research conducted on rubber in Sri Lanka through the Rubber Research Institute of Sri Lanka (RRISL) which is an internationally reputed testing and research body. Thus the abundantly available raw material and the depth of research and experience was pivotal in the rapid culmination of our brand Meiya & Alvin.
